COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 7320 Richmond Highway (Casa Laundromat), 4/30/20, 7:04 a.m. Someone broke into the business and stole property.

TRAFFIC PURSUIT/STOLEN AUTO: Leesburg Pike/Gosnell Road, 5/1/20, 2:57a.m. An officer stopped to check on three Tesla sedans and a Mitsubishi SUV that were stopped in the road. Two of the sedans and the SUV sped away leaving one unoccupied sedan behind. Officers pursued the SUV, lost sight of it but soon found it along with one of the sedans abandoned in the 8200 block of Little River Turnpike. The other sedan crashed into a concrete barrier near Leesburg Pike/Interstate 495 and the driver ran away. All three Tesla’s and the Mitsubishi were reported stolen. Our helicopter assisted in the search for the suspects. One man was taken into custody; charges are pending further investigation.

ROBBERY: Fair Lakes Circle/Fairfax County Parkway, 4/30/20, 5:30 p.m. A man was walking in the area when two men approached him, displayed a handgun and stole his personal property. The suspects were described as 18 to 25-year-old black men who left in a dark colored sedan.
