ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT: 6500 block of Wayside Place, 5/27/20, 7:14 a.m. A man involved in a domestic-related incident ran from a home when officers arrived to investigate. Officers located the man, Nathaniel Hester, 19, of Alexandria, who assaulted two officers during the arrest. He was charged with two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer and simple assault against a family member. Hester and the two officers received minor injuries. No photo available for Hester.
