MOUNT VERNON DISTRICT STATION
STABBING: 8200 block of Russel Road, 2/12/21, 7:30 a.m. After an argument, James Porter Jr., 44, of Stafford, stabbed another man and ran away. Officers located Porter nearby and charged him with malicious wounding. The victim was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life threatening.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 7902 Fort Hunt Road (Hollin Hill Variety Store), 7920 Fort Hunt Road (The Pastry Shop), 7966 Fort Hunt Road (River Bend Bistro), 2/17/21, 1 a.m.- 3 a.m. Someone forced entry into three businesses and took cash and property.
VEHICLE PURSUIT/STOLEN AUTO RECOVERY/WEAPONS VIOLATIONS: Richmond Highway at South Kings Highway, 2/17/21, 10:16 p.m. Officers attempted to stop a stolen 2018 Nissan Armada but the driver refused, resulting in a pursuit. After one mile, the SUV stopped and four occupants ran away. All four occupants were located and detained by officers. A gun was located inside the vehicle, another gun was recovered after being thrown in a yard. Anthony Wilson, 22, of Washington, D.C., was charged with eluding, receiving stolen property, and served with an outstanding warrant. Dominic Williams, 26, of Maryland, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle. Isaiah Anderson, 21, of Alexandria, was charged with grand larceny, possession of stolen property with intent to sell, two counts of possession of schedule I or II narcotic, provide false identity to law enforcement, and receiving a stolen firearm. A juvenile was detained and released to his parents.
CARJACKING: Lockheed Boulevard at Saul Road, 2/18/21, 5:07 p.m. Two men forced two victims to the ground, took their car keys and drove away in the victims’ 2009 Lexus RX350. Later, the victims spotted their car parked in front of a business and called police. Officers arrived and arrested Mohamed Roble, 27, of Alexandria. He was charged with carjacking, driving on a suspended license, and drunk in public.

ROBBERY: 4200 Markham Street, 2/16/21, 9:46 a.m. A woman was approached by a man with a gun who grabbed her property and ran away. The woman suffered minor injuries. Officers later made an arrest in this case, see Arrest Made in Series of Annandale Robberies.
COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 5860 Crossroads Center (ULTA Beauty), 2/16/21, 1:48 p.m. Two women entered the store and concealed merchandise. An employee approached the women, one woman threatened to pepper spray the employee and both ran from the store.
RESTON DISTRICT STATION
STOLEN AUTO RECOVERY: 2500 block of Centreville Road, 2/18/21, 11:30 a.m. The victim left his 2017 Dodge Charger running in a parking lot and returned to find it had been stolen. Later, officers located the car unattended over a mile away.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 8805 Telegraph Road (Ruppert Landscaping), 2/13/21, 3 a.m. A man forced his way into several trailers on the property and ran away when officers arrived. A K9 officer located Kevin Simpson, 29, of Washington, D.C., who was arrested and charged with burglary and trespassing.
COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 6466 Landsdowne Center Drive (Rice & Spice Thai Cuisine), 6464 Landsdowne Center Drive (Puzukan Korean BBQ), 6480 Landsdowne Center Drive (Pica Taco), 6410 Landsdowne Center Drive (Chi Mc Chicken & Beer), 6408 Landsdowne Center Drive (Matsui Japanese Sushi & Ramen) 2/17/21, 1 a.m. – 2 a.m. Two men forced entry into five businesses and took cash and property.
