Two Suspects Arrested Within 72 Hours of Shooting
Sully Police District— Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau Armed Robbery and Contact Shooting squad (ARC) have arrested two suspects in a shooting that left one adult man injured in Centreville.
At 2:23 p.m. on September 27, officers from our Sully District responded to the 5400 block of Belcher Farm Rd in Centreville for a shot-person call. Upon arrival, officers located one victim, an adult man, in his vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper body. The officers provided aid until Fairfax County Fire and Rescue personnel arrived. The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
During the investigation, detectives were able to identify a vehicle of interest. After a thorough investigation, investigators identified Desmond Harris, 20, of Centreville, and Antwan Christopher Williams, 22, of Stafford, as the two suspects involved.


Both suspects were charged with Aggravated Malicious Wounding, Conspiracy to Commit Felony (Aggravated Malicious Wounding), Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony, and Robbery with a Firearm. Both are being held at the Adult Detention Center on no bond.
