Early this morning, around 3:55 a.m., officers responded to the overpass of West Ox Road and Route 29 in Legato for a single-vehicle crash with three occupants.
Preliminarily, detectives determined that the driver of a 2024 Acura Integra, Corey Rogers, 46, of Reston was traveling southbound on West Ox Road when he failed to negotiate a turn and struck a cement jersey wall. The driver and two passengers, Angela Connor, 44, of Reston, and Salma Monastra, 35, of Herndon were all declared deceased at the scene.
