Detectives Investigating Multiple ABC Theft Groups and Seek Help from the Community
Fairfax County, VA — Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division are investigating multiple groups of suspects committing a series of thefts at Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (ABC) stores throughout the county.
Since the beginning of July, detectives have investigated groups of thieves targeting ABC stores, loading carts with unpaid alcohol and fleeing before police arrival. Detectives are seeking help from the community to identify the crews pictured below:

On August 2, detectives arrested Lonnell Jennings, 26, of Washington, D.C. Jennings was charged with Grand Larceny, Possession of Stolen Property with Intent to Sell, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, and Petit Larceny. Jennings was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and held on a $2,500 bond.

Detectives are still seeking the identities of two additional suspects.

Detectives are additionally seeking to identify a lone individual who is responsible for four ABC store larcenies in Fairfax County.
