Detectives Seek Community’s Assistance After Robbery in Franconia
Franconia Police District – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau are seeking the community’s help in identifying two suspects who committed a robbery in Franconia.
On August 7 at 12:14 p.m., officers responded to a commercial robbery in the 5700 block of Kingstowne Boulevard in Franconia. One male and one female suspect entered the store, grabbed merchandise, and tried to leave. An employee attempted to stop the escape when the female suspect discharged pepper spray at the employee. Both suspects fled the area before police arrived. The victim was transported to the hospital in non-life-threatening condition.
Detectives have obtained security footage which shows the suspects involved in the robbery.
