Detectives Seek Community’s Help in Identifying Suspects Involved in Department Store Larcenies

Fairfax County, VA – Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division are seeking the community’s help in identifying additional suspects responsible for stealing upwards of $12,000 worth of merchandise from department stores.

Between July 9, 2024 and September 10, 2024, five suspects stole merchandise from nine department stores across Fairfax County.

Detectives have obtained the below images, which shows three identified suspects and two unidentified suspects involved in the larcenies.

Detectives have identified Walter Morton, 22, of Washington, D.C, and have obtained warrants for five counts of Grand Larceny, five counts of Larceny with Intent to Sell, two counts of Petit Larceny, and Organized Retail Theft. Detectives are searching for his whereabouts.

Detectives have identified Ric’kwon Brown, 22, of Washington, D.C, and have obtained warrants for five counts of Grand Larceny, five counts of Larceny with Intent to Sell, two counts of Petit Larceny, and Organized Retail Theft. Detectives are searching for his whereabouts.

Detectives have identified Sequan Hart, 27, of Washington, D.C, and have obtained warrants for Grand Larceny, Larceny with Intent to Sell, Petit Larceny, and Organized Retail Theft. Detectives are searching for his whereabouts.

Detectives are still seeking to identify the other two suspects pictured below for their involvement in the larcenies.
