Lottery Ticket Thief: Winning Streak Ends
Fairfax County, VA – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have arrested a man after a series of lottery ticket larcenies.

Officers learned that a man, later identified as Mohammad Akhtar, 39, of Reston went behind the counter and stole lottery tickets while the clerk was distracted.
