Detectives Investigate Bank Robbery in Annandale  

Mason Police District – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau are investigating a bank robbery that occurred yesterday morning in Annandale.

Yesterday at 11:28 a.m., officers responded to 6300 block of Columbia Pike in Annandale for a bank robbery. A man entered the bank and demanded money. No weapon was displayed or implied during the robbery. The suspect took cash and fled before officers’ arrival. No one was injured.

The suspect is described as an Asian man, approximately 5’7”, heavier build, with black hair and red and black streaks of color. He was wearing a surgical mask, a blue and red puffy coat, a flannel button-up shirt, black pants, and white and grey shoes.

Victim specialists from our Major Crimes Bureau’s Victim Services Division have been assigned to ensure the victims are receiving appropriate resources and assistance.
