Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Centreville
Sully Police District- Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have arrested a 20-year-old man after he exposed himself to a victim walking in Centreville.
On February 26, the victim reported that she was walking near Route 28 and Machen Drive in Centreville when she was approached by a man in a car who exposed himself. Detectives responded to assume the investigation.

Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau and Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) worked together to identify the suspect as Zackary Webb, 20, of Maryland.
Webb was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Indecent Exposure. He was held on a $1,000 secured bond and has since been released.
Victim specialists from our Victim Services Division have been assigned to ensure the victim receives appropriate resources and assistance.
