Officers Arrest Bailey’s Crossroads Peeper and Seek Additional Victims
Mason Police District – Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division have arrested a man linked to two peeping cases in Bailey’s Crossroads.
Around 8:30 p.m. on March 10, officers responded to the 6000 block of Bellview Drive in Bailey’s Crossroads for a peeping call. The victim reported she observed a man peeping through her window. Through their investigation, detectives believed the suspect was linked to an additional case at that address.

On March 17, officers responded to the 6000 block of Bellview Drive in Bailey’s Crossroads for an in-progress peeping call. Officers were alerted by detectives that the suspect was in the area. Our Helicopter unit responded and located the suspect peeping into a residence. Officers found Jose Benjamin Sanchez,44, of Falls Church actively peeping into a window of an apartment and arrested him.
Sanchez was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Attempted Burglary at Night, Possession of Burglarious Tools, Peeping, and Wearing a Mask in Public. He was later released on a $1,000 bond.
