Rideshare Driver Charged After Assaulting Passenger
Fairfax County, VA – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have arrested a rideshare driver after he assaulted a passenger near Fair Lakes.
On March 18, detectives responded to Prince William County for an assault case. The victim reported that she was assaulted by a driver while inside a rideshare vehicle in Fairfax County.
Detectives identified the suspect as Mohsen Moslehi-Nik, 64, of Centreville. On March 20, Moslehi-Nik turned himself into the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. He was charged with Assault and Battery and later released.
