Let’s Get Serious: Up to $5,000 Reward to Find Burglary Suspects
Franconia Police District- Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division need help identifying a suspect with 25 active felony warrants and his unknown accomplice following a burglary at a Lincolnia plumbing supply store.

On July 20 at 5:46 a.m., officers responded to the 5600 block of General Washington Drive in Lincolnia for a commercial burglary report. The complainant reported that two suspects forced entry into the business and took property.
Officers reviewed surveillance footage and observed two masked men break into the business at 2:00 a.m. The suspects were seen stealing power tools and cash before fleeing the scene.
One suspect, Brian Serious, 29, of Maryland, has been identified. He is believed to be responsible for this burglary, as well as previous break-ins at the same plumbing supply store and other locations across Fairfax County, noted in the chart below. Serious currently has 25 active felony warrants tied to these cases.

Franconia Police District— Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division are seeking the community’s assistance in identifying two suspects who burglarized a plumbing supply store in Lincolnia.
On February 19, at 5:43 a.m., officers responded to the 5600 block of General Washington Drive in Lincolnia for a commercial burglary. The complainant reported that the suspects forced entry into the business.
Officers reviewed surveillance footage and observed two masked men break into the business at 1:24 a.m. The suspects were seen stealing merchandise before exiting.
Detectives obtained security footage which shows the two suspects involved in the burglary.

Fairfax County, VA – Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division are seeking the community’s help in identifying suspects who burglarized and stole power tools from businesses in Annandale, Merrifield, Lincolnia, and Chantilly.
On September 16, at 4:33 a.m., officers responded to the 7300 block of McWorther Place in Annandale for a burglary report. Officers determined that two suspects broke into the business and stole tools and power equipment. Below is a still image of the suspect.

On December 15, between 1:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m., officers responded to the below locations for burglary reports. Officers discovered the businesses were broken into, and multiple power tools were stolen.
