FCSO Deputy Charged with Domestic Assault
Fair Oaks Police District— Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have charged a Fairfax County Deputy Sheriff after a domestic related assault in Fair Oaks.
On August 29, at 4:43 p.m., officers responded to the 4200 block of Summit Corner Drive in Fair Oaks for a Domestic call. The victim reported being assaulted during an argument. Officers located Katherine Lepkowski, 36, of Fairfax and she was taken into custody.
Lepkowski was charged with Assault on Family Member and released on a summons-releasable warrant. A mugshot is not available at this time.
