Organized Crew Charged Following Kingstowne Burglary
Franconia Police District– Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division have charged three men from an organized burglary crew responsible for a residential burglary in Kingstowne.
On September 17 at 3 p.m., officers responded to the 6500 block of Kelsey Point Circle in Kingstowne for a burglary report. The victim reported returning home to find a door unsecured and the residence left in disarray. Detectives determined that approximately $20,000–$30,000 worth of property had been stolen.
During the investigation, detectives identified a possible vehicle linked to the burglary. The vehicle was later associated with an address in the 5600 block of Gary Avenue in the City of Alexandria. With assistance from our Auto Crimes Enforcement Unit and the Alexandria Police Department, detectives identified three suspects connected to the burglary.
Evidence believed to be stolen from the Kingstowne home was recovered along with items consistent with an organized burglary crew, including a license plate flipping device, cell phone and Wi-Fi jammers used to disrupt security cameras, window punches, and additional burglarious tools.

Nicolay Cubillos Pacheco, 29, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Statutory Burglary, Grand Larceny, Possession of Stolen Property with Intent to Sell, and Possession of Burglarious Tools. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and was held on no bond.

Saul Gudalupe Gonzalez, 38, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Statutory Burglary, Grand Larceny, Possession of Stolen Property with Intent to Sell, and Possession of Burglarious Tools. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and was held on no bond.

Heller Roncancio Espitia, 27, of Florida, was arrested and charged with Statutory Burglary, Grand Larceny, Possession of Stolen Property with Intent to Sell, and Possession of Burglarious Tools. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and was held on no bond.
This case was strengthened by the collaboration of our detectives and the support of our Real Time Crime Center, which helped generate leads and connect the suspects to the burglary. Detectives are continuing to investigate whether the men may be linked to additional burglaries in the area.
The suspects are also wanted in connection to similar offenses in multiple states across the country, and their arrests help bring closure to several ongoing investigations beyond Fairfax County.
