Detectives Seek Suspect in Springfield Tobacco Store Burglary

West Springfield Police District – Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division are seeking the community’s assistance in identifying the suspect connected to a commercial burglary in Springfield.

On November 25, at 12:24 a.m., officers responded to the Tobacco Hut located at 6343 Rolling Road in Springfield for a commercial burglary. The complainant reported that an unknown suspect forced entry into the business.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage and observed a man break into the business at 12:16 a.m. The suspect was seen stealing merchandise before exiting.

Detectives obtained the security footage below which shows the suspect involved in the burglary.
