Detectives Release Composite Sketch from Reston Robbery Investigation
Reston Police District – Detectives from our Criminal Investigations Division are investigating a robbery that occurred in Reston.
On February 16, at 2:45 p.m., officers responded to the 12000 block of Edgemere Circle in Reston for a robbery. The victim reported seeing a man lying on the ground, possibly hurt. When he approached, the suspect jumped up, assaulted him, and stole his credit cards.
The suspect is described as an older white man with gray hair and a scraggly beard. The suspect was wearing a black puffer jacket with a black hood that was up at the time of the incident. A composite sketch of the suspect can be seen below.
