Man Charged with Animal Cruelty

On Friday, May 27 around 5:30 p.m. a male dropped off a mixed Pitbull breed female dog at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter (FCAS). The incident involving the cat that tested positive for rabies did not occur in Fairfax County as initially reported by the victim.
