Fair Oaks Police District – Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old, Adnan Dzubur, wanted for unlawful filming. An investigation began when a 23-year-old woman called us to report that she called the maintenance man at her apartment building in the 12700 block of Fair Lakes Circle in Fairfax, when the power went out in her apartment.

Apparently, a concerned citizen saw him and called Montgomery County, Maryland police. Mr. Ho will soon be reunited with his family.
