Franconia Police District – This morning, detectives from our Crash Reconstruction Unit obtained a warrant for involuntary vehicular manslaughter for the driver in the May 12 fatal single-vehicle crash. Sara Flores, 20, of Lorton, was the driver of a 2005 Toyota Solara traveling east on Manchester Boulevard near Silver Lakes Boulevard when the Toyota left the roadway and struck a telephone pole. The front passenger was pronounced deceased
