Detectives released the name of the man who fled police yesterday and was apprehended in the woods near Popes Head Road several hours later. K’Shawn M. Pearson was charged with reckless driving, speeding to elude, driving on a revoked operator’s license, and possession of a stolen vehicle. We thank all residents who took time to visit our local police stations today to dispose of unused, unwanted prescription medications.
