Fredericksburg Man Dies in Crash

Mount Vernon Police District – A 59-year-old Fredericksburg-area man died on Thursday, May 15, after being ejected from a 2004 Chevy Suburban. John David Buxton was driving westbound on North Kings Highway, near Kathryn Street, around 7 p.m., when his vehicle struck a curb, traveled up an embankment and struck trees. The vehicle rolled over and the victim was ejected.
