Update: Driver Charged in September Fatal Pedestrian Crash in Oakton

Fair Oaks Police District —Detectives from our Crash Reconstruction Unit have charged the driver from the September 21st fatal pedestrian crash in Oakton with Failure to Yield. Detectives determined Walter Bozarth, 72, of Maryland was attempting to make a left turn into a shopping center from westbound Hunter Mill Road when he struck Choon Kook, who was in the crosswalk.
