Credit Card Forgery Crew Arrested

Officers of the Mount Vernon Neighborhood Patrol Unit were in the area of Lockheed Boulevard and Richmond Highway around 11 p.m. on February 26 checking on leads to locate the wanted suspect in the recent burglary and sex assault. Update-Man Convicted in Larceny Case

  Elton Cansler, 39, of Alexandria, entered a plea of No Contest for misdemeanor Petit Larceny on February 22, 2016 in Fairfax County General District Court. Cansler was found guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, all of which were suspended, and a $200 fine. The felony Assault on a Police officer charge was Nolle Prosequi.   Cansler came into
