Detectives Investigate In-Custody Death

Police were alerted to a report of an incarcerated man who was unconscious and not breathing at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center around 11 p.m. Saturday, October 17. Detectives responded to the scene and are investigating the matter per police department protocol to investigate all in custody deaths. The deceased was identified as Paul Guida, 68, of Falls Church.
