ROBBERY, 8100 block of Richmond Highway, 04/25/15, 6:42 p.m. A man entered a gas station store and demanded money from an employee. The suspect took cash and fled. The victim did not require medical attention. The suspect was described as a black male, 20 to 30 years of age, between 6 feet and 6 feet 3 inches tall, black shoulder length dread locks, wearing a black baseball hat and red shoes.
ROBBERY, 5300 block of Bedford Terrace, 04/28/15, 12:55 p.m. The victim was walking and was approached by a man. The suspect took property by force and fled. The victim did not require medical attention. The suspect was described as white, in his 20s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, thin build, and was wearing a black jacket.

PURSUIT WITH APPREHENSION, Edsall Road/Dublin Avenue, 04/28/15, 10:20 p.m. An officer on patrol attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver disregarded the officer’s signal to stop and attempted to elude the officer. The officer pursued the suspect and the vehicle came to a stop near the intersection of Montgomery Street and Hopewell Avenue. Joshua Weilepp, 22, of Springfield, was charged with DWI and felony disregarding police signal to stop.
BURGLARY, 5900 block of High Meadow Road, 04/28/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.
BURGLARY, 7600 block of Hogarth Street, 04/28/15. A resident reported someone entered the residence and took property.

PEEPING, 12100 block of Polo Drive, 04/29/15, 2:33 a.m. A resident looked out the window and saw a man looking into a room of the residence. The victim screamed and the suspect fled. The suspect was described as white, 5 feet 4 inches tall, about 150 pounds and wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

10800 block of Meadowland Drive, property from residence.
SHOT DOG, 2200 block of Arlington Terrace, 04/28/15, 8:07 a.m. Animal Control Officers were called to an animal bite complaint where a resident had been bitten by a loose pitbull dog. While attempting to take possession of the dog, the dog charged the officer in an aggressive manner. The officer deployed baton strikes but the dog was able to evade the officer and charged him again. The officer discharged his weapon and shot the dog. The dog sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Charges are pending against the owner. The officer did not require medical attention.
