UPDATE – Arrest Made in Herndon-Area Homicide

Homicide detectives in the Major Crimes Division have arrested Moises  Dominguez, 18, of 1051 Ironwood Road in Sterling, charging him with murder. Dominguez was arrested on Wednesday, April 15. Worship Watch Meeting, April 28
