MALTREAT ANIMAL, 9200 block of Old Keene Mill Road, 05/02/15, 2:27 p.m. Animal Control Officers were called to the parking lot for a dog left in a vehicle. The owner, Amanda Rodriguez, 32, of Manassas, was charged with inadequate animal care and unvaccinated dog. The dog appeared to be unharmed.
