Karate Instructor Charged with Sexual Assault

Major Crimes Detectives arrested Mr. Han I. Tak, 30, of Reston, Virginia, in the afternoon hours of Wednesday, July 1. Mr. Tak was charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor.
