COMMERICAL BURGLARY: 6800 block of Old Dominion Drive, 8/10/17 between 6:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. Multiple rooms within a commercial office building were broken into. A number of items were reported missing.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 6100 block of Arlington Boulevard, 8/13/17 around 2:00 p.m. The victim was walking home when a red van approached him, and two men jumped out. One of the men pulled out a baseball bat and demanded money from the victim. When the victim showed the suspects he did not have any money they hit him with the bat. They were last seen driving away in the van. The suspects were described as Hispanic, around 20 to 25 years old. The first suspect was described as being about 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing about 125 to 140 pounds, short black hair, and was wearing a red shirt. The second suspect was also said to be thin, and wearing a white shirt.

ROBBERY: 9804 Gunston Road, 8/13/17 around 5 a.m. A man entered the 7-Eleven, produced a hand-gun and demanded money. The victims gave the suspect what he wanted, and the suspect left the location on foot. The suspect was said to be a black male, between 35 and 40 years old, 135 to 140 pounds, and was about 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 6222 Rolling Road, 8/11/17 around 2 a.m. A man broke into Mena Bakery & Carry Out and stole an item. He is believed to be of slim build, between 18 and 30 years old.
