ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 3600 block of Robert E Lee Place, 10/20/17 around 9:40 p.m. A pizza delivery man was making a delivery when he was approached by four men. One of the men grabbed and held the victim while the remaining suspects went through his pockets. The victim was able to yell for help and citizens came to his aid. The suspects then ran off without taking anything. The suspects were described as black between 20 and 30 years old. They were around 5’9″ dressed in all dark clothing. The victim was not injured and the investigation is ongoing.

ASSAULT/DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: 6700 block of Backlick Road, 10/20/17 around 2 p.m. A man was assaulted by two strangers. As he was attempting to flee the area, the suspects smashed the windows of his vehicle.
ATTEMPTED ROBBERY/ARREST: 6300 block of Springfield Plaza, 10/21/17 around 2:00 a.m. A man was leaving Springfield Plaza when two men approached him as he was walking to his car. The victim was assaulted and the suspects attempted to rob him. Woodbridge residents, Henry Agbemble, 34, and Alpheus Bowman, 47, were arrested and charged with attempted robbery.
