FCPD RECAP WEDNESDAY, JUNE 6
COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 6330 Multiplex Drive (Exxon), 06/05/18, 11:20 p.m. Officers were called to the Exxon for a robbery. A man displayed a gun at the victim and demanded money. The man took cash and ran away. The man is described as black, about 25 years old, 5’8”, average build, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, and a black mask.
BURGLARY: 5300 block of Poplar Valley Court, 06/05/18, 4:15 p.m. A resident reported that someone entered the residence and took property.

RECKLESS DRIVING/VEHICLE PURSUIT: Hayfield Road and Spring Faire Court, 06/05/18, 9:30 p.m. Officers observed a motorcycle driving without license plates and in a reckless manner; speeding, and driving between traffic on the dotted white lane dividing lines. Officers tried to pull the motorcycle over but the driver sped off. The officers pursued the motorcycle until he lost control, at which point he ran away. Officers caught the driver a short time later. Julio Campos Nixon, 23, of Henrico, Virginia was charged with speed to elude law enforcement, reckless driving, no motorcycle license, no license plates displayed and no registration. Nixon is being held on $5000 bond.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY/TRESSPASSING: 7451 Mount Vernon Square Center (Safeway), 06/05/18, 4:37 p.m. An employee noticed damage to the Safeway storefront and did not report it. The employee then heard glass break and saw three middle school-aged boys trying to enter the store. When the employee confronted them, they ran away and were not identified.

WEST SPRINGFIELD DISTRICT STATION
INDECENT EXPOSURE/ASSAULT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT: Ann Fitz Hugh Drive, Charles Hawkins Way, 06/05/18, 6:03 a.m. Officers responded to several calls of a naked man on Guinea Road. When officers found the man, he resisted arrest and kicked an officer. Richard Affourtit, 31, of Fairfax is charged with indecent exposure, drunk in public, resisting arrest, and two counts of assault on law enforcement. He was held without bond.
