STOLEN VEHICLE/PURSUIT/ASSAULT ON A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER: 4300 Chantilly Shopping Center (Sunoco), 03/05/19, 9:01 a.m. Officers responded for a car stolen from Sunoco. After a short pursuit, the suspect was arrested. Kenneth Gray, 34, of no fixed address, was charged with grand larceny, driving on a suspended license and assault of a law enforcement officer. ASSAULT ON A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER/OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: Officer conducting a traffic stop encountered a man with an active warrant. During the arrest, the man resisted and assaulted the officer. Shimon Creary, 30, of Annandale, was arrested for assault on a law enforcement and obstruction of justice.

BURGLARY: 7200 block of Commerce Street, 03/05/19, 8:04 p.m. A man opened the door of a homeowner’s apartment and removed several items. The man was described as white, in his 30’s, 5’5”-5’7”, thin, wearing a dark sweatshirt and blue jeans.
