SUSPICIOUS PERSON: 6800 block of Compton Heights Circle, 5/3/19, 7:00 p.m. A girl was walking her dog when she observed a black SUV following her. The driver stopped next to her and asked if she needed a ride. The girl quickly ran home and the SUV was seen circling the neighborhood. The driver is described as a Hispanic man in his late 40s, with a mustache. The front passenger was described as a white or Hispanic female in her 30s.

BANK ROBBERY: 1805 Belle View Boulevard (Wells Fargo Bank), 5/3/19, 10:19 a.m. A man entered a bank, implied he had a weapon and demanded money. He was given cash before leaving the bank on foot. The man was described as white, 6’, medium build with blonde hair.
ROBBERY: 8500 block of Richmond Highway, 5/5/19, 3 a.m. A man was leaving a restaurant when he was followed by four men who forced him into a car against his will. He was driven a short distance, pulled out of the car and punched. One man took cash from his wallet. The suspects then drove away in the car, which was described as a gray Acura. The suspects were Hispanic, 30-years-old, three of them wore black shirts and one wore a red shirt.
ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 3100 block of Groveton Street, 5/4/19, 7:07 p.m. The victim was walking on a path when he was grabbed from behind. The man displayed a box cutter, pushed the victim to the ground and demanded property. Nothing was taken and the suspect ran away. He is described as light-skinned, 20 to 25-years-old, 5’6’’ to 6’, wearing black clothes.

ASSAULT/STRANGULATION: 5000 block of Bradford Drive, 5/3/19, 12:47 p.m. Two men got into an argument at a worksite. The argument became physical and one of the men choked the other. Isai Urrea Garcia, 35, of Arlington, was arrested and charged with felony strangulation.
