ASSAULT: Carleigh Parkway/Donset Drive, 5/8/19, 8:35 a.m. A boy was waiting at a bus stop when an older man approached and touched the boy’s chest. The man is described as Hispanic, 5’6’’ to 5’9’’, 45 to 50-years-old, 160 to 180 pounds and wearing all black clothing with a hooded sweatshirt covering his face.
