ATTEMPTED ROBBERY: 8400 block of Blankenship Road, 6/29/19, 3:12 a.m. The victim stepped out of his truck and was approached by three men. One of the men opened the truck’s door in an attempt to take it. They threatened the victim and tried to take his cell phone. He was able to call the police and all three men ran away. The three suspects are described as Hispanic men, average build and 5’7”-6’.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 1438 Center Street (McLean Hair Center), 6/30/19, 6:38 a.m. Someone broke into the business overnight and stole cash.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 1439 Center Street (Figuroes Salon), 6/30/19, 6:38 a.m. Someone broke into the business overnight and stole cash.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY: 1434 Center Street (McLean Pizza), 6/30/19, 8:06 a.m. Someone broke into the business overnight and stole cash.

BURGLARY: 8525 Leesburg Pike (Rosenthal Nissan Mazda), 6/29/19, 12 a.m. Someone broke into the business and stole a 2017 Hyundai Accent and a 2016 Nissan Altima.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY/DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: 7500 block of Camp Alger Avenue, 6/30/19, 9:22 p.m. The victim returned home and found damage to her front door and a man leaving her house. The man was seen walking down the street into another home. Timothy Guilfoil, 23 of Massachusetts, was found in the nearby home and was arrested. Guilfoil was charged with unlawful entry and destruction of property (no photo available).

BURGLARY: 1600 block of Admirals Hill Court, 6/22/19, 5:27 p.m. Someone broke into the home overnight. It is unknown if anything was taken.

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 10508 Leesburg Pike (7-Eleven), 7/1/19, 2:38 a.m. Four men entered the store, displayed a handgun and took cash from the registers. The suspects left in a car and a lookout was broadcasted to neighboring jurisdictions. Deputies from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office found the car and apprehended five suspects.

FRANCONIA DISTRICT STATION

STOLEN AUTO: 7615 Loisdale Road, (Safford Hyundai), 6/28/19, 7:16 a.m. Employees saw a man stealing car keys. He tried to run away but was stopped by employees as officers arrived. It was learned that the car he arrived in was stolen. Shane Langley, 59, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with grand larceny (auto), possession of burglarious tools, larceny and two counts of receiving stolen property.

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 6910 Bradlick Shopping Center (7-Eleven), 6/29/19, 2:58 a.m. Three men walked into the store, displayed a gun and demanded money. Cash and personal property were taken. The suspects were described as black men in their 20s.

ATTEMPTED CARJACKING: 6700 block of Frontier Drive, 6/28/19, 9:10 p.m. The victim was seated in the rear seat of her friend’s car. Four suspects approached her, one displayed a gun and demanded the car keys. The victim gave him the keys and then ran away for help. All four juveniles were found nearby and were arrested. One of the juveniles was arrested for the robbery and charges are pending for the other three.
