UPDATE: INDECENT LIBERTIES SUSPECT ARRESTED

Franconia Police District – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau have arrested Kevin Norton, 50, of Springfield, for the indecent liberties case that occurred on Aug. 14, at the Springfield Town Center. Detectives worked diligently with support from the community and media reports to identify and arrest Norton. Prior to our detectives contacting Norton, he voluntarily turned himself into police.
