ROBBERY: 3400 block of South Jefferson Street, 10/15/19, 1:43 p.m. Two women told the victim that they won the lottery and needed her to cash the ticket. They drove the victim to an ATM, displayed a knife and told her to withdraw cash. The cash was taken and the victim was dropped off in another location, unharmed. The suspects were described as Hispanic women, one in her 50s and the other in her 70s, driving a dark sedan.
