BURGLARY OF AN OCCUPIED DWELLING: 7900 block of Carrleigh Parkway, 4/3/20, 1:11 a.m. The homeowner was awakened by the sound of a door slamming and heard someone moving around in the basement. The homeowner determined that the suspect had left and nothing was taken.
COMMERCIAL ROBBERY: 6311 Lee Chapel Road (7-Eleven), 4/3/20, 3:10 a.m. A man approached the clerk and asked for cigarettes. The man then walked behind the counter, assaulted the clerk, stole the cigarettes and drove away in a car. The victim was not injured. The suspect was described as a 40-50 year old black man.
