Detectives Investigate Inmate’s Death at the Adult Detention Center

Fairfax County, VA – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau are conducting a death investigation of an inmate at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center (ADC). On March 31, around 6:17 p.m., Sam Zu Yung, 32, was found unresponsive in his single cell at the ADC.
