Reston Police District – On Friday, October 11, detectives from the Fairfax County Police Department arrested Joseph E. Bunnell, 49, of Herndon. He was charged with one count of aggravated sexual battery and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Around 4:30 p.m. a man entered the bank and passed the 31-year-old teller a note demanding money. The victim was unable to give him cash so he fled the bank. There were no injuries.
