Second Update – Body Found in Kingstowne Lake Identified

The deceased in this case has been identified through fingerprint evidence. The Northern Virginia Regional Identification System (NOVARIS), Investigative Support Division, notified Homicide detectives that the body was that of Kenneth Duane Bernhardt, 36, of Falls Church.
