Fair Oaks Police District – A Vienna man is facing a murder charge after a stabbing in the 2900 block of Edgelea Road in Vienna. Officers responded to a home around 8:30 this morning and found Mohammed Hemmatian, 61, inside suffering from trauma to his upper body.
