Victim’s Wife Charged with his Murder

Kimhoang Pham LaRocque On Monday, May 16, the Grand Jury returned a True bill for a direct indictment, resulting in Bench Warrants being issued by a Circuit Court judge, charging 35-year-old, Kimhoang Pham LaRocque, with Second Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. Springfield Woman Struck and Killed by Train

Officers and detectives responded to the 9500 block of Burke Road on Monday, May 16, for the report of a pedestrian struck by a train at approximately 9:38 p.m. The preliminary investigation determined that three friends were walking along the tracks when one was struck.
