Mount Vernon Police District – Detectives from our Major Crimes Bureau are investigating a death in Woodlawn. On May 16 at 5:40 p.m. officers responded to Frye Road and Pole Road in Woodlawn for a report of a tree that fell onto a vehicle. When officers arrived, they located the driver, Juliana Kai Russell,27, of Alexandria, inside the 2020 Toyota Camry.
