Fairfax County, VA – Detectives from our Criminal Investigation Division have located and charged a Maryland man for his role in last month’s “street takeover” event in Springfield. On April 19, Baltimore County Police Department, in coordination with FCPD, arrested Brandon Extecoc Santos, 20, of Parkville, Maryland for his actions in the “street takeover” that occurred Easter morning, March 31.
