A Fairfax County Public Schools bus driver and aide are facing charges after an 11-year-old boy with autism was assaulted on a school bus twice in one week. The victim has been identified as Reyhan Safoglu, of Burke. She was hiking yesterday with her 13-year-old cousin and 21-year-old brother.
