Read moreShortly after 5 p.m. on Monday, December 21, officers were called to a home in the 7100 block of Pennys Town Court to check on the welfare of an adult female. Officers arrived and began to check the home. Through a basement window, they saw what appeared to be an adult male and an adult female, collapsed on the floor.
