Sully Police District – Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing man who suffers from dementia and other medical conditions that require medication. James “Rufus” Thompson, 78, was last seen in the 4000 block of Majestic Lane in Chantilly on Monday, September 12, at about 10 p.m. He was discovered missing this morning around 8 a.m.
